Things to know
The following applies for import and export at our two locations Abtswind and Wiesentheid:
Import
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 3 pm
Friday, 7:30 am to 11 am
(CET / CEST)
or on an arranged date
Only short waiting times occur in case of a date arrangement. Trucks without a date arrangement are unloaded in the order of their arrival.
Export
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 5 pm
Friday, 7:30 am to 1 pm
(CET / CEST)
Loading of loose goods is only carried out after a previous date confirmation. Parcel goods are loaded with preference. Otherwise loading is carried out in the order of arrival. Persons who fetch goods must prove their identity (company name, number of pallets, freight weight).
Notes
- Trucks and trailers must be secured with wheel chocks (available at every loading ramp).
- The ramp areas may only be entered after reporting in our logistics office.
- Truck drivers must wear safety vests, safety shoes and a red hairnet. Otherwise access will not be granted.
- Smoking is only permitted in specifically designated areas.
- Separate sanitary facilities exist for the truck drivers.
