The testing of our high quality food and pharmaceutical raw materials is carried out in our modern, in-house laboratory. This important component of KRÄUTER MIX’s quality management program includes

- Physical-chemical analysis

- Instrumental analysis

- Pharmacopoeia analysis

- Sensory analysis

A team of qualified staff examine the vegetable products in accordance with the guidelines of the pharmacopoeias and the regulations of Section 64 of the LFGB (German Food Law). For identification and quantitative analysis, modern analysis techniques such as HPLC and GC are employed.

The lab team’s core competence is the professionally informed analysis and evaluation of our product palette in order to meet the wishes and requirements of our clients.

Furthermore, we also cooperate with certified external laboratories and conduct joint scientific work with external institutes.
