HACCP

Over many years, KRÄUTER MIX, a production company with FSSC 22000 certification, has deployed a tried and tested HACCP concept (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) in all its production processes. The so called “CCPs” are subject to constant monitoring, representing indispensable process steps guaranteeing the necessary product safety.

Examples of these CCPs include pressure/temperature monitoring of autoclaves in the sterilization plant to establish a specified microbiological status for a particular product, or monitoring of the operational reliability of industrial magnets and metal detectors for the elimination of metal contamination in processed raw materials.

The HACCP system employed at our main production facilities in Abstwind and Wiesentheid is also applied by our partner factories in Niemce and Almendfeld.
