However, the final thesis on the (fictional) project of replacement investment for a blending machine is still in progress and must be defended before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce examination board in June.<\/p>\n<p>That all the efforts pay off was always communicated openly to Martin Albert by the company that covered half of the training costs, and, at the start of this year, it was realized: Since January 1, 2026, the technical and business economist, who completed his master&#8217;s degree immediately after his bachelor&#8217;s degree, has been working at Kr\u00e4uter Mix in his new position as production manager.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row gap=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<strong>New focus on operational tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eOf course, I first need to get an overview, accompany the shift supervisors, and familiarize myself in depth with the processes and personnel issues,\u201c explains Martin Albert. Previously, he was responsible as team leader of production planning and deputy production manager for the blending \u2013 from creating production orders to raw material disposition to production planning \u2013 his focus is now on operational tasks in production: optimizations in production processes as well as at the interfaces between production and logistics or technology are now also in the foreground as personnel management.<\/p>\n<p>These are topics for which the new production manager will initially only be able to apply some of the theoretical knowledge he has acquired. In addition to the business management learning units and modules in production and industrial engineering, the business administration training covered areas such as investment and financing, human resources management and quality management in greater depth. However, the intensive training and \u2018thinking outside the box\u2019 definitely helps him now to better understand and evaluate the holistic business management context.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;11323&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1773305830824{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}&#8221; image_hovers=&#8221;false&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h6><em>After intensive training, Martin Albert has taken up the position of production manager.<\/em><\/h6>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Combining theory and practical experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An ideal foundation, which now fits perfectly with Martin Albert&#8217;s many years of operational experience and internal knowledge. He began training as a food technology specialist back in 2010, learning about all commercial and production-related areas, including shift work, and subsequently entered in production planning, where he later took over the team leadership of his department. A steady career progression up to production manager, which Martin Albert can rightfully be proud of.<\/p>\n<p>What is coming up soon for him and his team? A lot! Solely \u00a0a look at the expansion of Kr\u00e4uter Mix&#8217;s capacities through the rapid reconstruction of Production Hall 12, shows, that a lot is going to happen in quick succession.
