At its annual anniversary celebration, Kr\u00e4uter Mix honored 45 employees for their long years of service. The employees from various departments, including Production, Logistics, Quality Management, Technology Management, Sales, Purchasing, Commercial Management, Sustainability Management, Production Planning and the Technical Center, have worked at the company for between ten and 35 years. All of them together, amounting to almost ten percent of the workforce, have clocked an impressive 935 years of service at Kr\u00e4uter Mix.<\/p>\n
The celebration took place at the Weingut Behringer winery in Abtswind (Germany), where managing partners Christoph and Bernhard Mix and managing director Silke Wurlitzer thanked the staff members celebrating their anniversaries with Kr\u00e4uter Mix for their collaboration, dedication, hard work, loyalty and team spirit over the years. \u201cOur employees put down roots with us. When you have been working somewhere for this long, you see work as more than just a job,\u201d said Bernhard Mix. \u201cOur long-serving team members form a far-reaching, strong network of roots that create stability within our firm and furnish us with a wealth of experience, which especially benefits our newer colleagues. They form the tree trunk and branches that allow Kr\u00e4uter Mix to blossom. As well as benefiting the company, these long-standing employees have also made use of the opportunities afforded them via training, studies or further education, to enable them to develop themselves both professionally and personally.\u201d<\/p>\n
