This year\u2019s summer party at the Weingut Kohles winery in Prichsenstadt, Germany, saw the company celebrate 41 employees who have dedicated between 10 and 40 years working for the family business across Production, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Sustainability and Technology Management, IT and the Executive Board.<\/p>\n
Human resources manager Sabrina Klinger joined managing partners Bernhard and Christoph Mix in thanking the staff members whose anniversaries they were celebrating for their dedication and loyalty over the decades. During this time, the company has enjoyed tremendous growth and steadily increasing turnover in the processing of herbs and spices. \u201cI am delighted that our anniversary celebrations include so many of the team and have become a firm tradition. These years of working together so successfully are what make us stand out as a family business,\u201d said Bernhard Mix. \u201cCompany anniversaries are the only celebrations where you can rest on your laurels with the blessing of the boss!\u201d added Sabrina Klinger with a twinkle in her eye.<\/p>\n
