3840 euros donated to Mix for Kids
What a gift! Kräuter Mix has donated a total of 3840 euros to non-profit Mix for Kids. Each year, the company gifts its employees a holiday treat to mark the winter break, with options including a Christmas tree, hamper or a winter hat and scarf. This year, a fifth of the company’s almost 500 employees decided to forego their holiday gift, instead donating their share, worth 40 euros, to a good cause: Mix for Kids will use the money to help socially disadvantaged children and teenagers in India, Albania and Germany.
“The Kräuter Mix team has shown an impressive willingness to give back that mirrors our company values and determination to assume social responsibility,” said Managing Partner Bernhard Mix. Staff committee members Katharina Schardt-Deublein, Margit Schierer-Zehnder, Diana Nebel, Wilfried Klein, Katrin Kümmel, Roman Lange, Sabine Lex, Julian Beßler and Johannes Mürschberger presented the symbolic check to Gertraud Mix from the Mix for Kids Board of Management.
