Kräuter Mix honors long-time employees at anniversary celebration
Long-term service symbolizes experience, trust, and a sense of belonging. At this year’s anniversary celebration at Kräuter Mix, 19 employees were honored for 10, 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 years with the company. At the same time, the company bid farewell to three employees as they retired.
The celebration on September 17, 2026, took place during a shared afternoon and evening at and around the Jürgen Rebhann Winery in Kammerforst. After a reception with a glass of Secco, the group first headed to the vineyards. During a guided tour, guests gained insights into the vineyard, the region, and the winery’s philosophy. Small culinary treats and selected wines complemented the tour.
Back at the winery, the spotlight then turned to the employees celebrating work anniversaries and those about to retire. During the personal tributes, Kräuter Mix recognized the employees’ long-standing service and dedication. The evening then came to a close with Franconian specialties, fine wine, and personal conversations, and a shuttle service organized by the company ensured that everyone returned home safely after an enjoyable celebration.

2026 anniversary celebration with a vineyard tour
Over many years, expertise is developed, passed on, and contributes to the company’s continuous growth. The annual anniversary celebration is therefore intentionally designed to recognize these achievements.
