Staff honored for their long years of service
At its annual anniversary celebration, Kräuter Mix honored 45 employees for their long years of service. The employees from various departments, including Production, Logistics, Quality Management, Technology Management, Sales, Purchasing, Commercial Management, Sustainability Management, Production Planning and the Technical Center, have worked at the company for between ten and 35 years. All of them together, amounting to almost ten percent of the workforce, have clocked an impressive 935 years of service at Kräuter Mix.
The celebration took place at the Weingut Behringer winery in Abtswind (Germany), where managing partners Christoph and Bernhard Mix and managing director Silke Wurlitzer thanked the staff members celebrating their anniversaries with Kräuter Mix for their collaboration, dedication, hard work, loyalty and team spirit over the years. “Our employees put down roots with us. When you have been working somewhere for this long, you see work as more than just a job,” said Bernhard Mix. “Our long-serving team members form a far-reaching, strong network of roots that create stability within our firm and furnish us with a wealth of experience, which especially benefits our newer colleagues. They form the tree trunk and branches that allow Kräuter Mix to blossom. As well as benefiting the company, these long-standing employees have also made use of the opportunities afforded them via training, studies or further education, to enable them to develop themselves both professionally and personally.”
